Adopt-A-Seminarian

Formation is a spiritual battle – join us in the fight

Become a Priest

“Formation is a spiritual battle especially in times when the world seems to turn away from God, seminarians must be strong in prayer and perseverance.”

-St. John Paul II (Pastores DaboVobis)

The spiritual battle seminarians face is more intense than ever! Seminarians are discerning their vocation in a culture that promotes:

  • Radical individualism
  • Instant gratification
  • Political and social polarization
  • A loss of meaningful community
  • Oversexualization
  • A rejection of Christian values
  • Growing skepticism towards faith
  • A “shortcut” mentality

Those answering God’s call to the priesthood urgently need your prayer and steady support to stand strong in the face of today’s challenges.

Seminarian training is a collective effort. Formators, professors and fellow seminarians are all needed for the task. Yet, that is not enough… You are needed! You can play a vital role by adopting a seminarian.

Adopting a seminarian is not just about financial support. God is calling our 15 seminarians to a path marked by surrender, service, prayer, celibacy, and disciplined devotion. You will be strengthening them for the battle as you pray for your seminarian every single day! Join a seminarian on the path…
