When we reflect on the crucifixion narratives in the Gospel, we can see that we all participate in the crucifixion. We contribute to it. We have all chosen sin at some point.
Jesus desires to descend into the darkness of our lives. He’s not afraid of darkness. As dark as our lives may be or feel, dawn will always come. The crucifixion is not the end. The resurrection is the end.
Say yes to Jesus. Say yes to his resurrection.
If you think your life is meaningless look upon the cross. We are worth dying for. We are worth saving. We are worth redeeming.
