How Do We Pray?

Prayer is a relationship. But, how do we pray?

• Acknowledge
• Relate
• Receive
• Respond

Here are three main obstacles to hearing God’s voice in prayer:

1. We aren’t cutting time into our day to pray. Take time every morning to pray.
2. We have too much noise in our lives. Put the phone away; turn off Netflix.
3. Sin creates an obstacle between ourselves and God. Go to confession and get a clean slate.
