Here are five ways I stay motivated:

  1. Drop to my knees and pray the memorare.
  2. Put a timer on for five minutes.
  3. Write down three small easy things I can do.
  4. Take a walk around the block.
  5. Turn to a simple task, like folding laundry, to clear my mind.
