Every time we come to Mass, our covenant deal with God is renewed. Our God is being renewed and strengthened between God and us.
In the Eucharist, all of Jesus is present. Remember the big picture, the Eucharist deepens our relationship with God. God is literally giving himself to us and we can respond by giving all of ourselves to God.
