Homily begins at 28:55.

Prayer changes our hearts. It helps us to conform our wills to God and be more like him, be more merciful.

There are different forms of prayer. There is Cataphatic prayer and Apophatic prayer.

  • Cataphatic prayer is when the Lord speaks to us through images and words. He will inspire you to write things down.
  • Apophatic prayer is more contemplative. It is when our faith gazes upon Jesus and Jesus ministers to us. It is a strong conviction that God is doing something.

Make the decision to pray. This week, in quiet prayer, commit your life to the Lord and commit to your time of prayer.
