Burnt Out? Pray. Share. Rest.

If you're feeling tired, weary, depressed, or burnt out, it's okay. It's normal. 

Here are three suggestions to help:

  1. Prayer - Go to Jesus in prayer. When we pray, don't dress it up. God loves it when we come to him raw and be real with him.
  2. Share - Take the courage to share your struggles with someone you trust or a professional.
  3. Choose to receive rest - Rest can look different for all kinds of people. Take those opportunities for rest.

If you are feeling especially burdened, Jesus knows you and he loves you immensely. He is calling you to himself,

“Come to me, all you who labor and are burdened, and I will give you rest.” (Matthew 11:28)
