Jesus loves us, calls us friends and chooses us so we can have His joy.
The Lord offers us his friendship, his love, and he reminds us that he has chosen us so that our joy may be in him and complete.
Like St. Joseph, am I allowing God’s grace to help me come to a deeper level of acceptance over my own powerless over the circumstances of my life? Am I praying for serenity and acceptance?
In the midst of all that is going on, am I praying for the grace to understand that God is still at work?
Have I been spending so much time apart from that I’m forgetting that I’m still a part of?
Have I been spending so much time apart that I am beginning to forget that I am a part of?
Yes Lord, I embrace my cross. I don’t go looking for it. It will find me.
