God has absolute dominion. He has chosen to share that with us. We are stewards.
We are the church, God’s family here on Earth.
Our giving is an act of worship.
Am I a hired hand or a shepherd? Our response to that question comes from being cared for by Jesus, the good shepherd.
The resurrection enables us to see the light even when others can only see darkness. Jesus is rising and he is bringing the light into the darkness.
If we aren’t aware that we are in a spiritual battle then we are already losing. Thankfully, we aren’t the first ones to engage in this battle and Jesus gives us a great example of how to engage in the spiritual battle.
When we get stuck in a rut we can often turn to sin. We turn to food, alcohol, drugs, shows, etc. We pursue these things because we think they will help us get out of a rut.
Jesus is the king and he wants to be king over your life. We all have areas of our lives where we have been holding onto control. It could be a thing, a place, a career, a relationship, an opinion... Jesus wants it all. What is the one thing Jesus is calling you to...
