When everybody plays their role, the Church is healthy and the mission is able to grow.
Peter and John were so busy with everyone just within Jerusalem. They might not have left the city of Jerusalem. The apostles could have been a bottleneck to the mission. They released and empowered other leaders.
What we can learn from the early Church is that leadership multiplies mission capacity. More can be done when there is healthy leadership.
Leadership begins with identity. We must reflect on who we are. What are your I am statements? Are you a leader? Take it to prayer.
