A good spiritual and physical life need the same things:

  1. Good sleep. Am I getting the bed at a decent hour? Am I getting quality sleep? Am I detoxing from the coarse of the day before turning in for the night?
  2. What am I eating? What kind of food am I eating? Am I eating good quality food?
  3. Make it a priority. Schedule it in.
